This was my second visit to the salon as I had been so pleased with my haircut last time. It was a change of style and the result was exactly what I had wanted. This time I was a bit more adventurous and tried a balayage and cut. The lady (not sure of her name but she’s the owner) was lovely as last time and really listened to what I wanted and rephrased to make sure she had understood my expectations. She did a great job again and I was so pleased with the result. Less expensive than to go to a chain and the service and results are much better. Highly recommended!

The lady was very friendly.
The haircut was uneven so the hair is not straight. It was a 10 minute job as the cut wasn’t done by layers as it should have been done.
The nail job was not neat: there are streaks on the nails and also a colour difference. Another coat could have been beneficial. It seemed that the heat of the machine was too high, so it created some irregularities on the varnish.
The result for both jobs was unsatisfactory and disappointing. It’s an obvious loss of time as well as money. My nails are not presentable and do not look like they have been properly taken care off.
