I would have given 5 stars but I was left waiting for 15 minutes at the start of the appointment - aside from that it was a great appointment!

I wasn't happy and would never go there again. After getting step cutting done for 10 years on dry hair I was told they could only do trimming on dry hair. The stylist wouldn't listen and in the end I had to pay £35 for a wash and haircut that I wasn't happy with. Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Hema is very welcoming and friendly. She is very professional and full of knowledge regarding skin care. The facial was amazing, felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Received a lot of compliments regarding the treatment by lots of people. I have booked another appointment to go back! It's worth every penny!
