Terrible customer service!
Sadly, even though Kami, the owner, has good knowledge of hair colouring, her attitude and attention to clients is appalling. Horrendous customer service, and abusive treatment. Even though I called to say I was running late, her manner and speech was horribly rude over the phone. Once I arrived, I apologised again and I was then meet with an abusive attitude, in front of my son. As she refused to service me I asked for refund, she refused! So unprofessional!

I paid the £85 up front but was instantly charged a further £40 because I wanted blonde and brown highlights. Apparently this is an extra!!! No toner. This is a con and I won’t be returning. Be warned unfair charges
