As a first timer for a cut, I’d go in there specifying exactly what you’re after and make sure you monitor it throughout. My hair wasn’t ruined, but I left displeased. I’m sure my experience was one in the minority compared to the others, but just FYI

Nice color but my cut was uneven. I had to cut my own hair after noticing significant differences in length on my right side vs the left. I’ve never had to do that before.
