I’m sure this is a positive experience for regular customers but I was given the bare minimum of service: not offered magazines or a drink and the stylist did not even introduce himself. He did not finish the colour but passed it off to his assistant. I was not even offered to see the back. The front was striped and I needed to return the next day to get it fixed. Not very impressed with my overall experience. :(
