Love my nails from here! Fab job and beautiful selection of colours. Staff aren’t very chatty and just makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. When I was getting my lash extensions done the lady kept leaving to go upstairs and I was left for about 15 mins. I think they did a great job thought and will definitely be back but think their customer service could be slightly better.

One of the girls was nice and chatty, they got 2 girls to do my nails so it would be faster but my nails on one hand are much shorter than the other. There was almost no point in getting the extensions at all because they were barely longer than my natural length

Loved the ambience. The person who was doing my gel nails couldn't do it properly, so all my nails had to be redone. I was not charged extra for that, for it took me 1 hour more! Thankfully it was okay the second time around. The waxing was okay, but could have been more painless. The person doing my waxing did it in a hurry and did not bother to wipe off the wax residue - I had to ask for wipes to clean up my powder-covered, sticky legs. Was disappointed. Would not recommend the waxing, go for the nails!

Got eyelash extentions this morning and I couldn't be happier with them. Very long and natural looking, just what I was looking for. Such lovely staff, who make you feel welcome.
