My experience was quite satisfactory overall, although the nail master was a bit late for the appointment (her call was appreciated, but should have been made earlier to make a better impression).
It was also quite cold in the salon.
As for the quality, the procedure itself went well, but the shellac started chipping off a bit after about a week. Other than that - good value for money!
