My shellac Polish was ok. I still felt I needed to file my nails when I got home to remove little excess bits. The girl who did my nails did not speak any English which was disappointing and boring.
Her colleague kept asking me which colour I wanted without offering any opinion or advice which appeared impatient.
Another girl took over after 15 minutes without explanation. Upon asking why, I was told she had a lash extension to do??
Ok, but not much customer engagement.

There was a language barrier with myself and the therapist and she couldn’t understand my request. She was friendly but during my the treatment she was very silent. The gel nails have not lasted very long.
