Arrived to find out there was a £15 shellac nails offer on and that it would have been cheaper to pay in salon. I paid £35 after using a £5 off voucher.

Unfortunately the eyelash extensions were very very few and started to fall out after a day or two. As there were so little lashes applied, this meant they looked terrible by five or six days after treatment. I have been getting lash extensions for about six years so know what to expect. The treatment time for the lashes only took around half an hour and usually this treatment should take around two hours so I immediately knew something was wrong. However when the treatment was finished, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for more as the staff member was already mid-doing another clients nails, which she must have started while treating me, plus it was a Saturday so I knew that it would cause a huge fuss which I wasn’t comfortable with either. The facial threading around my chin wasn’t great either, with lots of lighter hairs missed entirely. Eyebrows were done nicely and as asked for.
