I had a really good experience but my partner had gel nails removed and it seemed to be quite rough and I'm not sure it can have been that good for her nails! The colour didn't quite match the chart (always tricky!) so she had to have several more layers to try and make the colour match better. Overall a very friendly place and I would go back if I was in Edinburgh again, although probably not to get gel removed.
