Hairdresser was running 15 mins late so someone else wash my hair. She did not massage or put the conditioner all throughout my hair. Usually your hair would be shampoo'd twice and conditioner left in and massaged for 1-2 minutes. This made my hair very matted and I was shocked when she started hacking at it with a brush with no serum or leave-in conditioner. I had to ask 3-4 times to stop and find me some serum. The hair cut was okay but far too short- not what I asked.The blow dry wasn't great
