Very disappointing experience, I paid for a lash lift and lashes have barely lifted. On top of this, Lin was on the phone to her bank during the appointment and the appointment took a lot longer. I have been having lash lifts for a few years now and my regular lash lady is on holiday hence why I booked somewhere else. I wish I hadn’t, as I now have to wait for minimum 4 weeks after this failed attempt, to avoid damaging my lashes!
