Staff polite and professional as always. This was my first time having my lashes done by Effie and she had a rather different technique - sadly the lashes have ended up stiff and are falling out quicker than usual. I was wondering if either Lin or Helen were still doing lashes? I have been a regular here for 3 years now and would like to stick with the same technician as they know what I like. Have Lin and Helen left?

Effie was great, really polite and knowledgeable. Beautiful lashes, very happy customer
