Stumbled across this spa/parlour whilst walking my dog and now I’m addicted! Had a few treatments here now and even treated a dear friend to get her nails done too! I can honestly say the level of quality and service is consistent throughout all the treatments I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. So happy I found here! Such a gem amongst busy Oxford Circus shopping!
Love my nails. Always returning to Kalon Parlour to get my beauty treatments and nails done. I asked for a specific design on my nails and Leilani delivered it 😍😍 Thank you Leilani!!!

Nails snapped off after 2-3 weeks and when I called up to let them know - was greeted with hostility and made to feel stupid by the owner. I explained I had never had that same experience with another place since using BIAB for over a year and the person I spoke to almost mocked me as they said it had been 2-3 weeks. I found the staff generally quite rude when I was there and considering the prices they charge it is not the experience I would expect. I never leave bad reviews but felt I had to.
