Luma is genuinely fantastic. She was quick, thorough and painless. Moreover, we started talking about their massage services- I know that I want and need a massage but don't know enough about them to know what type I need. Luma chatted me through all the different techniques while she was waxing me and checked my shoulders after she was done in order to recommend what I should go for. I have booked a massage for the first week in January, knowing that I'll be in super professional hands.

Good experience, room is quite cluttered which doesn’t give a great ambience but quality of the wax was really good so worth it. Staff are chatty. Would return.
