Kalma Spa is a fantastic beauty salon in West Hampstead. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and experienced and I always feel in good hands.
The spa is super clean and I am confident going there knowing they follow all the guidelines.
The Klapp products are superb, I highly recommend the facials.

Really good deep tissue back massage from Massimo - exactly the right level of pressure and very targeted on the problem areas.
The salon as a whole also has good Covid measures in place (visors, masks, sanitiser etc) and was very clean, which was reassuring.
