Cherry at Kalma Spa is one of the best masseuses I have ever come across. She is a professional, knows the body, knows exactly how best to pummel the stress away, untie knots, release toxins. 10/10 a brilliant professional masseuse

Overall it was a good experience except at the end when asked to pay more than I was expecting as I had to pay an additional £3 for PPE which was not included in neither of my booking confirmations.
Also Clara said after the massage that I should drink a lot of water. It would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water at the end before leaving.
