The salon is clean and trendy and staff are very friendly. Didnt quite listen to what i wanted and ended up with my hair too short. Blow dry was good quality but i didnt get to have my treatment due to a mix up with the booking...not sure if this was the salons fault or wahandas.

I'd never had any professional waxing done before but when I came here, my therapist was so friendly I felt completely at ease. When she started, I felt hardly any pain at all, which was not what I had expected and am very satisfied with the result.
I would NEVER ever go back to ka kos .i had the WORST customer experience here. My main complaint is with the lady who i believe was the manager .
First I had a Color consulatation. I choose the colours as per the recommendation of ross -(hair stylist in the salon) who did the consultaion .He spent 4 hours for the full head highlight and the treatment . At the end of the treatment i could not appreciate any highlights on my hair ,but i left the salon thinking that i will take an opinion from my freinds .i reached home and no one could appreciate any hair colour and highlights .I gave a call to saloon manager who was extremely rude and intimidating, She started blaming me saying that my hair are too dark to produce the highlights and the colour that stylist choose can not be reproduced on black hair .I told her that being the manager she should have atleast guided him choosing the colour so as to get the desired results . She said that i have booked the deal from wahanda and that is not enough money to take an expert opinion.
She did not APOLOGISE for the bad service if anything she made it worse, instead of trying to resolve the problem she told me to get a refund! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place.
i wish i would have read the reviews of previous customers about the manager and would have never gone there.
Nice salon and easy to get to with free parking. On outskirts of Birmingham. Great stylist who listened to what I wanted. Nice cut and good after care advice. Would go again.

booked this through wahanda, i had never used this site before so rang salon before hand, bless them they gave me full instructions how to do it! i hadnt a clue. went for my consultation, very professional. when i arrived on my day of appointment was met once again by my friendly stylist ross & shown to my seat, he went over once again what would be happening, which i thought great, just in case i had changed my mind, but i hadnt. sharon helped with the foils & they were both very attentive, coffee, glasses of water, because it was rather warm in there. sharon washed my hair then gave me the best head massage i have EVER received! ross went through, stage, by stage with my hair cut....because i am very fussy!!! then blow dryed & styled until i was 110% happy. i really did feel pampered, it was great, well done both! i shall see you again soon, many thanks x sally x
i have just got to say at 46 years of age i have been to many salons & have never seen one as spotless as this one..........fantastic!
