Perfect experience, Kay is kind, calm and considerate. My lashes are coloured to the base, she is very careful to clean off excess colour so you are not left with additional smudges. My brows are defined with a good colour match to my hair. They are shaped but not overly thinned. Painless and easy. I won't go anywhere else now.
