My appointment was rescheduled twice. On arrival, no nail expert was present, so another staff removed my gel. She was kind but took an hour and hurt my nail and skin multiple times.
A 30 minute thing took 2 hours. They’re not using 100% acetone so it makes the process 10x harder. After drilling with the 90% fine barrel bit you’re meant to have your hand soaked in the acetone and then the acrylic will gently slide off with a cuticle pusher, this did not happen and she was literally ripping the acrylic off my nail with so much pressure and then went back in with the bit instead of the sanding! Stick to this process: 1. removal bit, 2. acetone, 3. scrape, 4. SANDING BAND
