Confirmed over email & phone & still THEY WERE NOT EXPECTING ME, the arrangement WAS NOT what was confirmed. I agreed to just do what they offered to not waste my trip, 1 min into the massage the FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. 10 mins later the fire alarm was still going. I had to leave as this place is clearly NOT SAFE!I requested a refund and the salon stopped replying to the emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will report the place to the council fire safety. Treatwell also has not been helpful at all .

the studio is on the lower ground of a hairdresser shop. the owner was not particularly in a good mood, but this is was my first time, so maybe she had a bad day. however V Kael who did my threading was really nice, kind and professional!

Had a Shellac pedicure with Vinny and was really pleased with the whole experience. She was professional, very thorough, and took real care with the treatment. The result was exactly what I wanted 😍 Very good value for money.
