I went for the deep tissue as I had been feeling knots all over my body since working from home during Lockdown as I've not not sitting properly whilst working, this is not a relaxing massage by far but it did take out all my knots, it did also hurt alot during and after, but I knew the pain was needed to eventually ease my knots Would reccommend if you feeling very knotty and in pain all over but be ready for sweet pain also

I had an amazing massage season with Dilk. She indeed has strong arms . I am so relieved of the pain and stiffness I was experiencing .
