The lady cut my skin above me eye during threading! She was very sorry but I’ve never had anything like this happen before. Left bleeding. Didn’t offer a refund. Also did this whilst telling me she thought coronavirus was a hoax. Overall very uncomfortable experience. Gel nails didn’t even last 4 days without chipping and cracking, though they looked nice when I left. Sadly will not be returning and wish I’d cancelled after getting a rather abrupt message asking me to come half an hour later for my appointment with no reason.

Julia was lovely so friendly made me very comfortable, did the eyebrow tinting specifically how I wanted and the treatment was 10/10. Do recommend will definitely be coming again!
