The door was locked when we got there. I had to call for them to let me in. Had to then wait 20 minutes as she had another treatment that was double booked. When my daughter finally got her ear pierced, the lady was lovely so no issues there.

The girl did a nice job of my nails but when she was filing them down it felt like it really hurt but I assumed I was being overly sensitive. I paid and left the salon and when I was on my way home I felt like my fingers were still stinging and right under the nails she had filled my skin which caused my fingers to bleed. I understand accidents happen and would have preferred her to acknowledge that rather than ignore the fact my fingers were bleeding when she was working on them
