The lady was really nice, lovely to chat to. The treatment was good, but is done with wax and paper, not with the usual hot wax that gets directly ripped off. Took a little longer than usual.

Jay made me feel welcome and spent a lot of time on my treatment. She was so nice and really listened to what I wanted, it is the best eyelash perm I've ever had. Could improve the ambience by playing some music.
