The lady was late for the appointment and we didn't even start until half an hour later. She apologised but didn't offer anything for reimbursement not even a glass of water. Maybe i should have pressed on for some compensation for the delay?
Not too pleased with the facial either. I wouldn't go again.

Had a lash lift and was happy with the results, next time will go for the metal rods instead of the silicone as apparently this would give more of a curl- all in all am happy with the treatment :D
