It’s a shame because the owner was lovely and there were obviously many repeat customers, but the salon was understaffed which meant I had to sit with wet hair, in the chair, while another client had her appointment. That meant that I left the salon more than 50mins later than I should have.
There was also an issue with the water which meant my hair was washed in a combination of v hot and v cold water.
A shame, but really not a good first experience of this local, neighbourhood salon.
