It was a nice experience but overall, overpriced for what it was. The spa facilities are decent but the ambience feels more like a gym spa than hotel spa. The 'snow paradise' was not pointed out nor were we given any instruction about its benefits or recommended usage. The 'dry floatation' treatment was interesting but anyone who's been on a water bed with a big, down duvet might have a similar experience. The massage treatment was the most disappointing as our massage therapist did not seem enthused and did not change the towels between my treatment and my friend's treatment--a bit strange, and in terms of comfort, I felt the neck, shoulder and back massage would have been more comfortable on a massage chair. The 'soothing' music was crackling and therefore, not soothing. The 'sun treatment' was again, interesting, with my friend and I placed in a Japanese themed room lit with non-harmful UV lights (?) for 20min. On the plus side, the cucumber water on offer was lovely.

Really lovely but wish there had been more space to rest in between treatments

There was a bit of a mix up over email about the times of my treatments, which meant that I ended up actually missing them. However the staff acknowledged the miscommunication and were happy to fit me in for no extra cost. Other than this I was very please and will definitely look to visit again.

Treatments were excellent. Variety of spa facilities which was great, including a snow room and sun meadow. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it's quite small and it started to get quite busy in the afternoon and that there isn't a swimming pool, just a bathing / Jacuzzi pool (although this was really good but again small).

I booked for K spa as a birthday present for myself.
The treatment was good and that deserved 4 stars but for the price I paid and the spas that I am used to this just wasn't in the same league.
It was small as well as noisy.
The staff room was nearby and it just doesn't engender peace and tranquility. The changing rooms are small and the lay out of the spa and treatment rooms is awkwardly designed.
I would go back if discounted and maybe mid week when it is less busy. Too many paired up people chatting away.
It's an OK spa but doesn't deserve any more stars as I'm comparing it on price to other spas where you get a better experience.

I got this deal for £20 pp on last minute.com just to use the spa facilities. I found the overall experience mediocre but I am glad I spent this money rather than more as I felt the value was overrated plus I based my decision to attend on previous reviews which were neither really bad or truly great.

Everything looked really lovely and staff doing the treatment were great. Our room was freezing cold and when we requested a heater we were told there were no more which was very uncomfortable.

Whilst seated for dinner we saw an offer at the table for our same package for £40 less that we purchased on Treatwell.

The voucher I purchased was a gift for my aunt. She was very happy as it was her first visit to a spa, and it was a great experience at that. She was so relaxed she fell asleep in the chill area. The lighting created a wonderful mood, combined with the sound of the water from the hydrotherapy pool. I'm glad this was her first experience of a spa as she intends this to be the first of many. Only down fall was the lack of swimming pool. This is the only reason for not giving 5 Stars.

I was truly dissapointed with the experience the spa is really small and if I was looking for relaxation at some point i felt claustrophobic when there were about 10 people. The jacuzzi was really cold and look dirty didn't match my expectations at all.
I got a deal for £20 but if I had spent the £65 original price is would be more stress because in reality i would not be happy to pay even £10.
The photographs they show on their website are very deceiling.
