I booked a gel nail removal and the app said it would take 20 minutes, after I'd been there 45 minutes I had to leave to go to another appointment. As a result, the removal was quite rushed and has left my nails incredibly weak and damaged. The actual removal was fine, but it is mislabelled on the website as a quick service and it will take a lot of time for the damage to grow out.

This was my first time at K&S. such a fantastic salon with the most amazing selection of gel and cat eye colours I’ve ever seen which they import from China & Japan. I had a cats eye manicure and it was great. Kalin is very talented. My appt took longer than expected so give yourself some extra time as they are very detailed. Highly recommend to try out this new salon!
