Hi, I’m really disappointed with my experience at K Nails. They should seriously reconsider offering online bookings, as this is the second time I’ve had issues,and I even witnessed it happen to another customer during a previous visit. Tonight, I had to leave after waiting 25 minutes despite having a confirmed appointment. They continue to accept walk-ins even when bookings are scheduled, leaving clients with appointments waiting unnecessarily and without explanation.
