AVOID GETTING INDIVIDUAL LASHES DONE HERE! I’ve been emailing Treatwell in an attempt to get a refund for the past few weeks but nothing. I booked Hybrid Lashes and had a festival the next day. The lashes weren’t applied properly, they look absolutely dreadful and all came out the next day. What a waste of £45.
First of all, the salon changed my appointment the day before without even consulting me. Secondly, when I arrived at the salon there was literally no one in there and no one arrived for 10 minutes. Finally, THIS SALON DOES NOT OFFER RUSSIAN LASHES. I opted for Russian lashes and paid for Russian lashes however I did not receive Russians. They’re just about Classics, barely even that. The application isn’t great either to be honest. Definitely go elsewhere if you want your lashes doing,
