The place is well-maintained and clean. The staff are very nice. Sokayna is polite and friendly. Elham is also very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist is polite and friendly as well.

I really enjoyed the massage steam room ,very clean spa, unfortunately the customer service experience from Therapists was very poor.
Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, the massage lady was also friendly .zi will go back again after my feedback to see improvements.
