I wasn’t happy with my service from Hamam Spa. I feel that my treatment was of poor standard as I purchased through Groupon. On arrival, the receptionist showed us the salts available but the manager insisted that the one we chose is not available and I was forced to chose the one that I didn’t like. I had two bookings but had only one therapist attending to both of us, resulting in me waiting for long periods of time. I was entitled to a 10min massage, which was not done.

Amazing birthday present my friend and I got treatment and treated really well, every single part from we entered the spa to the greeting of the manager, the spa experts Vanessa, vini,Susan. Gave my friend and I gold treatment, the scrubs and the steam and the whole body rub down, we also had a massage and a special birthday surprise. Left this spa a new woman and would highly recommend k spa absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful day, I will be returning

OMG I have an amazing experience, the treatment was spot on the staff was a wonderful and the owner Kareema was the best. She always come and check if you are happy and everything going well.
I would recommend you to visit there you will be so happy.
