I had a really lovely time. It was even greater that it was not busy. The facilities are very clean. All the staff were so kind. I have zero complaints about my time. If you are shy maybe not for you because you are definitely put into your human form. You are waited upon like a Prince/Princess. I was in my element with the sauna to myself and most of the spaces. Massage was great!! I fell asleep in the end! Bear in mind, anything from the fridge you pay for additionally.
