It was a birthday treat for myself, and I took my best friend with me. The staff were very professional, kind and understanding, as we arrived late for our appointment and they did not deduct our treatment time. All in all we had a great time, and the treatment was cool! The spa place was smaller than expected but cosy!

Experience was bad, the massage therapist spent literally 7min scrubbing me like she was in a rush. There isn’t a place to wash your hair like a shower. She rushed me while my hair was still full of shampoo to get the next client settled in
If you can’t manage appointments, don’t cut peoples appointments short so you can fill everyone in !!

I had a fantastic afternoon at K Hammam Spa. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The spa itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and kind. I enjoyed a lovely tea in the cafe afterwards and would thoroughly recommend the experience to others.
