I really enjoyed the massage steam room ,very clean spa, unfortunately the customer service experience from Therapists was very poor.
Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, the massage lady was also friendly .zi will go back again after my feedback to see improvements.

No communication, didn’t explain what was going to happen.no offer of any drinks not even water. Waiting a longtime without explanation of any delays

The steam room was too hot but therapist turned it down. I would prefer more room in changing room and time for personal shower in private area.
Otherwise was nice scrub and skin felt clean & soft after.
