The steam room was too hot but therapist turned it down. I would prefer more room in changing room and time for personal shower in private area.
Otherwise was nice scrub and skin felt clean & soft after.

The reception area was pleasantly presented..but I did find it but strange to be served by men. It was a women's session, perhaps should have been served by females. No matter. Then the overall experience of going downstairs asking other customers where to go for changing of clothing etc. Getting our own towels. What.i feel was perhaps they should pack less people n been a bit more attentive to the ones already there. I will definitely go back. the black soap wasn't enough, steam was miserly u

Very mid, they are polite but lack attention in many areas, we paid for robes and never received them, the hygiene was very questionable, when cleaning after each treatment, no privacy so treatments are all done publicly. A bit of waiting around and no communication on process or next steps. Also dont check allergies before applying products to bare skin which is very dangerous. Although they seemed like a lovely team, i wouldn’t go back.
