While the venue could use a bit of refreshing/polishing, the treatment (minus the surprising use of a kitchen cheese grater) was terrific and relaxing. Technician was quiet but thorough and the shop wasn't busy at all. Would have liked a little more atmosphere (e.g. music playing) to distract from Jamaica road traffic but it's been a week and pretty pleased with the overall look of my claws. :-P
