It was a bad experience! The last two times actually. The first time I decided to ignore it but this time was even worse. Massive delay more than an hour for which they didn’t inform me in advance as I might have left and asked for refund and also both of the times my nails didn’t last more than two days that this had never happened before. Not sure what they changed and why (material technique) but I am very unsatisfied by my last two experiences while I used to love their work in the past.
