I left the salon absolutely gutted - the lady who did my nails didn't follow the guidance I gave her so ended up with my nails short and with a shape I dont like. She also didnt cut my cuticles even though I asked her too. I also had to ask her several times to remove some of the color I had before applying the new one and she seemed annoyed every time I asked her. I have been a regular customer for a while but sadly considering to find another place for my nails

I’ve had my nails done twice here and both have been really pleasant experiences. All the girls are super friendly and professional, they ensure you’re satisfied with your manicure at all points (after prep, after filing, once it’s all done), so if you’re not fully happy you can ask them to change/re-do. They’re also really helpful in choosing colours and other details. Both Tina and Emily have good attention to detail too. My nails have lasted ages with not a single chip. Will be returning! :)
