Booked an appointment, but yet still had to wait for over 45 mins to be seen. Someone who did a ‘walk in’ (after i had arrived) and wanted a pedicure, got seen before i did (despite the fact i had an appointment and i had been in the shop longer!!) However despite the long wait with no apology they did have a good range of colours and my BIAB refill was done in 25mins! The quickest ive ever had and ive been doing BIAB for a couple of years now. (Not sure if thats a good thing tho tbh)
