Karolina is an excellent people calmer who talks you through each step of the procedures. She explains exactly what she is doing and why. Karolina judges what is required and will not do any unnecessary procedures.
I definitely recommend her. I had a very bad experience with someone else and was actually a bit scared to go to someone else!! However?? I needn’t have worried. Thank you 🙏
