Disappointed with the service and follow-up. I received a poorly done fringe cut, and my complaint was dismissed without accountability. Had to get it fixed elsewhere. Poor customer care — I won’t be returning or recommending this salon.

I went in after a couple years of not getting my hair professionally cut and was treated very warmly with a thorough consultation. Came out feeling like my hair was refreshed and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank u!!

I’d made a real effort to keep my nails long in preparation for my holiday and then they were filed right back down. Unfortunately this made the whole effect looked poor. What a shame. Start listening please.
