Elle was great throughout. She kept checking with me if I was okay with the lengths, how it looked after blow drying, if I wanted it shorter and was satisfied, if I was not she would change it and check again.
I have social anxiety and it was my first time getting a haircut but she made it a pleasant experience despite my worries that made me forget the haircut I had come for.

Went for a wash, cut and blow dry with Ellie. Ellie is always so kind and attentive, and I’m always pleased with how my hair looks. The service here is always exceptional and they even offered me a coffee and some biscuits while I waited for my appointment which I was so appreciative for. Will definitely be recommending this salon to friends and family. Thank you!
