I left with hair, a bruise and a very sore vagina. No attempt made to remove hair from behind and overall a very poor treatment. I paid £20 to have to go home and shave, sore and hairs still very much present.

I booked a treatment and then on arrival I wanted to change it. They gave me the original treatment I had booked and then asked me to pay for the difference between the treatment I booked and the one I had asked for on arrival despite not giving me the more expensive treatment. The manicure also didn’t include cuticle trimming etc as you would expect. Would rather pay more and go somewhere you get the full experience in future.
