After many years of back problems stemming from my early twenties, I've seen remarkable improvements since visiting Kieran and adhering to his programme of strengthening and stretching, as well as posture recommendations as I sit at a desk a lot during the day, both at work and at home. Highly recommend to anyone that's hit 30 and find themselves hobbling around regularly!

Kieran and the Just One Body team really took the time to listen to me about my shoulder issue. I had a thorough assessment and learned about what was causing my pain and why. I'm back in the pool and have some exercises to support my training. Would highly recommend the team
