I was surprised how intuned Aurelie was to where I needed more attention, however i felt the tension could’ve been a little firmer (this is just my preference and not to be taken as a negative point). The massage was very soothing and relaxiing which resulted in the 2hrs going very quickly.
Getting to the core of the problem rather than just providing temporary relief is exactly what I needed after several failed attempts elsewhere and just what I got from Just One Body. Very refreshing.
The session was a pleasant and useful experience. Kieran appeared to be a very knowledgeable therapist, he shed some new light on my issues and gave me tips to help me improve them.

Kieran was absolutely amazing. Having attended many different clinics over the years with varying success, I can honestly say my last few visits to see him have had some very promising results. I cannot recommend him enough if you require any sort of Osteopathy.
