Previously a semi-professional horse rider in eventing, Laura trained as an osteopath in France and graduated 8 years ago. She worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, from babies and toddlers to elderly patients, as well as being osteopath for a french national rugby team and for international horse-riders and stuntmen. After moving to London, she turned to boxing and running, but loves to meet and treat every patients regardless of their physical activity levels. She has also completed courses in nutrition, natural remedies and sports supplements in order to expand her knowledge and offer more help to patients. Being trained in visceral and cranial osteopath, Laura likes to work with patients of all ages with various complaints not limited to musculoskeletal presentations and tailor treatments based on the patient's needs.

Nigel started life as a professional footballer and when injury cut short his career he moved to local government as a sports and physical activity strategist, where he has built a reputation as one of the country’s leading figures in getting communities more active for a health benefit. He later trained as an osteopath and qualified at the university college of Osteopathy, Europe’s preeminent osteopathic training centre. Nigel is a methodical, empathic and friendly character who enjoys keeping up to date on the latest developments in osteopathic and health care generally
