Really happy that I found Just Breathe. As a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer, I am always cautious of massage, after bad experiences where practitioners put too much pressure on my joints and cause flare ups. As a regular gym user, I understand the benefits of massage and so felt a little stuck! My experience with Ros was totally different - she understood RA, how to treat me appropriately, she communicated well and I know now I have an understanding professional to whom I can go for help.
