while the salon was very clean and a nice atmosphere. I had selected this salon based on reviews it was thorough and efficient - which it was - but it was the most painful wax I have ever had. The skin was not held tight nor pressed post removal and even after I complained it was particularly painful, no changes were made. I had bruised and very sore skin following the wax and quite uncomfortable during the process. I might have just caught a bad day but I was really disappointed and in pain
